Our Game Events Job Fair will be held at Baysox Stadium on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in the Diamond View Restaurant at Prince George's Stadium.
All applicants should be at least 16 years of age, and flexible to work in other areas of the ballpark if necessary.

Ovations Food Services is hiring for the 2010 Bowie Baysox baseball season! Ovations will conduct a Job Fair on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Prince George's Stadium. Among the positions available include:
- Stand Managers
- Restaurant/Suites Staff
- Waiters/Waitresses
- Concession Workers
- Cooks and Cashiers

| Video Production/Camera Operation |
The Bowie Baysox are seeking individuals to become members of the In-Stadium Video Graphics/Production team during 2010 home games and special events at Prince George’s Stadium.
Responsibilities include:
· Still/Remote Hand-held Camera Operation (JVC Television Cameras)
· Recognition of in-house video graphic opportunities
· Creativity with Video Production
· Standing/Walking around the stadium for approximately 3 hours at a time
· Ability to take direction from Video Directors
· Arrival 60 minutes prior to game time
· Ability to commit to a schedule of games
· Ability to be flexible with game schedule
· Willingness to work on a team
· Willingness and desire to have fun in an outdoor environment
- Experience with video camera operation and working with production director perferred.
Openings will vary by schedule and do include mostly night and weekend events.

| Marketing Assistants - Baysox Brigade |
15-20 positions available on unpaid basis for 2010 season.
Requirements: Pursuing or completed four year college degree and a desire to learn and experience the business of professional baseball. Position will fulfill college credits (internship) if needed.
Responsibilities:
· Be an integral part of the community outreach efforts of the Bowie Baysox including but not limited to:
o Appearances at community events to promote Bowie Baysox Baseball and other stadium events
o Distribute Baysox information designed to help increase attendance at games and events.
o Personally interact with Baysox fans inside and outside of the stadium
· Promotions
o Colaborate with the marketing staff to design, develop and implement promotional activities designed to be fun, interactive and to help sell tickets
o Volunteer on game-days throughout the season
o Serve on the Baysox Brigade during games helping to run in-game promotional activities for fans
· Sales
o Work directly with the Baysox Ticket & Group Sales departments to contact Baysox fans to help sell tickets to games and stadium events
·Database Management/Collection
o Aid the overall efforts of the Baysox in maximizing the collection and use of e-mail addresses, fan data with the goal of selling more tickets to games and events.
Qualifications:
· Motivated individuals with the desire to gain experience in the business of professional baseball
· Outgoing personality
· Previous Customer Service Experience is a plus
· Willingness to perform wacky promotional activities on-field and in the community
· People who want to have FUN!
· Ability to volunteer a minimum of three to four full days per week

| Mascot (Part-Time) |
The Baysox are searching for fun-loving, outgoing, friendly individuals to serve as their lovable mascot "Louie" at part-time community events. Flexibility in schedule with Day & Evening hours available.
Interested candidates should be between 5'9" - 6'0" tall and between 165-210 lbs to fit the "Louie" persona.
Interested candidates should also be over 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record as well as have experience dealing with the public and also children & family events.
