	Prince George’s Stadium is located just off of route 50 on route 301 in Bowie, MD. 	How can I perform the National Anthem at a Baysox game?
	The Baysox hold annual audtions for those interested in performing the National Anthem at a Baysox home game. The tryout date for 2008 will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Prince George's Stadium. Keep checking www.baysox.com beginning in late February for further details. Auditions are conducted on a first come, first audition basis. Tapes, cd's, videos or private auditions are not accepted. All interested performers need to attend the audition day. The Baysox do not schedule audition times. All Auditions are to be performed live without word/song sheets. Groups (over 10 people) interested in performing should contact the Baysox Group Sales Department by calling the Baysox Offices at (301) 805-6000.

	How many fans does Prince George’s Stadium hold?
	Prince George’s Stadium holds 10,000-seated fans and is the largest Minor League Ballpark in Maryland.

	Do I need to purchase tickets in advance?
	The Baysox encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance for all home Baysox games. This will help alleviate waiting in lines at the ticket office on game day. The Baysox also encourage those wishing to purchase Lower Reserved or Upper Reserved seat tickets to order those in advance as seating is limited especially for games with post-game Fireworks.

	What Major League team are the Bowie Baysox affiliated with?
	The Baysox have been the Class AA Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles since their inaugural season in 1993.

	How can I purchase Baysox tickets?
	Individual game Baysox tickets can be purchased on-line by CLICKING HERE or by calling the Baysox Ticket Office at (301) 464-4865 or in person at the Baysox Ticket Office. The Ticket office hours are: When The Baysox are Home: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 am – end of game When The Baysox are Away: Monday – Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: Closed. Will Call – Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to the event date will be held at the Saturn of Bowie “Will Call” window located at the Baysox Ticket Office and can be claimed on the night of the event. A Valid ID from the original purchaser is required for pick up.

	Does my child need a ticket?
	All Fans attending regular season Baysox games are required to have a ticket to enter Prince George’s Stadium. Children ages 5 & under are admitted free for all Baysox games for General Admission seating. Those receiving Free admission need to pick up a Free ticket on game day only at the Ticket office before entering the ballpark.

	When is the Baysox Team Store open?
	The Baysox Team Store opens 1 hour before the scheduled game time. The Team Store will stay open until the conclusion of the game. Fans can check out our great line of available merchandise on-line by CLICKING HERE!

	What time do the gates open?
	Gates to Prince George’s Stadium open 1 hour prior to the scheduled start of the event. Exceptions may be announced for special promotional events. 7:05 pm game – Gates open at 6:00 pm 6:05 pm game – Gates open at 5:00 pm 2:05 pm game – Gates open at 1:00 pm 12:05 pm game - Gates Open at 10:30 am 11:05 am game – Gates open at 9:30 am

	How long do games usually last?
	In the Eastern League (as well as in Major League Baseball) teams play a 9-inning game (and extra innings if tied) without a time limit. While most 9-inning games are played in approximately 2 1/2 hours, some games may take longer and some may be completed more quickly. In the event of a double-header, teams will play consecutive 7-inning games with a 30-minute break in between games.

	Do the players sign autographs?
	A number of players will spend time signing autographs before and after the game. Usually before the game starts is the best time to get autographs. Eastern League rules prohibit players from signing autographs once the umpires have taken the field and at anytime during the game.

	Do you charge for parking?
	Parking for Bowie Baysox home games is FREE!

	Do you allow fans to bring food into the ballpark?
	Outside food and drinks cannot be brought into Prince George’s Stadium for any event.

	What type of food options are available at the ballpark?
	Prince George’s Stadium offers a complete line of ballpark favorites and other feature items. Along with Dietz & Watson hot dogs, grilled hamburgers, and chicken sandwiches, we also serve Italian sausage, nachos, popcorn Turkey Hill Ice Cream and more! Fans can also check out the “Black Angus Grille” for specialty products like the famous "Bowie BIG DOG" a 1/3 lb all beef hot dog; a ˝ pound juicy Black Angus Burger, Pulled and sliced Pit Beef Sandwiches and platters plus a ˝ lb Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Grilled Chicken Salads. Fans can wash any entree down with an ice-cold Pepsi product; Snow Valley bottled water, Turkey Hill Lemonade and Iced Teas plus Budweiser, Coors or other micro-brew and imported beers.

	If I have special dietary or medical needs, can I be allowed to bring my food into the ballpark?
	Fans requiring foods for special dietary needs (i.e. Kosher, diabetic) a request must be received by the Baysox in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event date for review. If request is granted, the Baysox will issue a letter of approval that will need to be presented at the stadium entrance on your event date.

	Do you allow smoking in the ballpark?
	There is NO smoking allowed in the seating areas and suites of Prince George’s Stadium. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area at the far end of the 3rd base concourse.

	How can I have a special announcement made over the PA system during the game?
	Fans can arrange to have a special announcement made during the game by submitting the request on-line by CLICKING HERE AT LEAST 48 hours prior to the start of the game you wish the announcement to be made. The cost for an announcement is $10.00 and proceeds will benefit local youth charities. Payment for the announcement is due at the time of submission on-line. All announcement requests must be submitted through the on-line form, they will not be taken over the phone. Announcements are typically made after the National Anthem and before the game begins. This is typical but not always the case. The Baysox reserve the right to disallow or modify anouncements for any reason.

	Do you have an ATM at the ballpark?
	The ATM is located inside the Baysox Team Shop to the right of the main entrance of the stadium

	How can I tell if the game is rained out?
	Bowie Baysox home games are rarely rained out and are almost never cancelled before game time. Fans are welcome to call the Stadium Office to inquire about the weather, but more than likely they will be instructed that "the game is still on". In the event that a game is canceled, the information will be posted on our website, sent out to our Cyber Club Newsletter recipients, posted on the Baysox route 301 roadside marquee as well as released to the local media.

	Is Prince George’s Stadium Handicap Accessible?
	Yes – Each side of the stadium is equipped with a concrete ramp for access to the Reserved Box seating area. The General Admission seating areas are on the main entrance level thus not requiring ramp access. Each section of seating throughout the stadium (General Admission & Reserved Box) have wheelchair spaces available. 	Can I tryout to play for the Bowie Baysox?
	The Bowie Baysox are the Class AA minor league affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Orioles draft, sign, train, and develop all of the players, and coaches that are assigned to the Bowie Baysox. The Baysox staff does not assist with signing, coaching or training the players on the Baysox roster. Each season, the Orioles host local open tryouts – including one at Prince George’s Stadium.
